MY THOUGHTS

Israel is readying for early elections.  We will know more what is going on in the days ahead.  My take is very cynical.  I believe Obama is pressuring the Israeli left to take down Netanyahu.  I believe Netanyahu may have outsmarted Obama if he puts the elections very early, more like a September date than a November/December election.  Obama loathes Netanyahu, and Netanyahu loathes Obama.  The two men are trying to outsmart the other.  Obama wants a puppet government in Israel, and Netanyahu is doing everything in his power to keep it from happening.  I believe Netanyahu will use Iran's nuclear capabilities as a rallying cry.  Polls so far show support for Netanyahu's Likud party.  As of right now, I believe Netanyahu's Likud will win the next elections, and a center-right or right government which is hostile toward Obama will emerge.

Obama also wants elections because if the Left emerges, then an attack on Iran will not happen.  I don't think the elections will change much of Netanyahu's timing for an Iranian attack.  If anything, if an attack happens before the Israeli elections, it will greatly help him win in Israel.  Therefore, the early elections, as of right now, I believe has strengthened Israel's resolve to attack Iran, and strengthened the Israeli right, which in turn has suppressed Obama's outcome of a leftist Israel's chance to take control of the Israeli government.

The European Union is eerily quiet on many fronts.  The Beast is on the verge of breaking up, and the Euro itself is teetering on disaster.  I believe the current crisis is setting up for the mark of the beast.  As the Beast loses control of its empire, then money printing will be in high gear, and in turn hyperinflation will grip the world's economies.  In the Bible, the Beast, Revised Roman Empire, will be an economic, not military giant.  It is in the EU, the Revised Roman Empire that a new economic system will be born from the Antichrist and False Prophet, which will require the whole world to take a mark to buy and sell.  The Antichrist is from the EU, but the False Prophet could be from another entity.  I believe the False Prophet is not the Pope, but a political figure that causes the world to worship the Antichrist and the Beast system. 

As the commentary was ready to send out, news of a Spanish double dip recession is now official.  Look for Spanish bond yields to spike passed 6%.  Also, other countries such as Italy will also spike.  The news is not good, and this may be the turning point in the European project.  Spanish recession, or more like a depression, will put a strain on the economic system that it cannot handle.  Look for more government control over people as the wealth of the elites are threatened.

Eerily quiet is the phrase today.  We know the world is on the precipice of something significant.  The system is collapsing quietly and systematically.  The elites are setting their system together for world domination.  Don't trust your political establishment, and don't trust many religious leaders.  Trust those who say they believe Jesus is the Incarnate Son of God, born of a virgin, suffered and died on the Cross for our sins, who in perfectness, His body rose from the dead conquering death and hell, and He will return in all His Glory.  Keep these truths, and always stand on the Word of God, for it is your guidebook in these days.

NOTE:  It is the False Prophet that gives power and an image to the Antichrist.  The Antichrist could not rise to power unless the False Prophet gives him some of that power.  Yes, the Antichrist is very powerful, but the economic system cannot be put in place unless one of equal power gives him the ability to do that.  My idea, the False Prophet could be a President of the United States, whoever it is during that time.?Bro. In Greek mythology Pandora's Box is a story where the evils of the world could not be contained.  It is not a Biblical story, but you can't but feel evil is all over, isn't it?  American growth has plummeted to 2.2%, which translates into an economy that cannot create jobs.  What we saw in the United Kingdom, Southern Europe, and now the United States gives us a glimpse of a world economy in serious trouble.  Remember, money rules the day, especially in the last days.  Economics will be one major theme that will drive the blame on Israel, put in place the mark of the beast, and one of the major pieces that will drive people to put others to death in the last days.  As the economy continues to shrink, Spain's troubles rock world economies in the near future, people will look to blame someone, and it will be Israel.  We have to keep our eye on the main event of the end of the age, which is Jesus Christ.

I want to mention briefly on Netanyahu's interview which he proposed a contiguous Palestinian state.  This means Israel will be cut in half in any peace agreement.  Either a secret peace agreement in iminent or he knows the Palestinians will never join him, so why not say it.  I just don't know where he is going with this, but the news is major.  We will have to wait to see how this plays out.  Link:  http://t.co/X3KoqlGq

Israel's enemies are pushing against it, and Israel has found no friends in this world.  The Middle East tender box will explode one day, and when it does it will be great.  Psalm 83, Ezekiel 38/39, Daniel 11:33-45, Book of Joel, many chapters in Zechariah, Matthew 24, and the book of Revelation are just a few Scriptures that must be studied.  It is hard to predict what will happen next, but that is not our calling.  Our calling is to follow His Word, pray for our eyes to be open, and let God show us the way.  He will reveal those things in His own time.  However, we do know from Scripture the EU is the Beast Kingdom, Israel is will be saved in the last days, and the organized church is by and large an abomination to the Lord.  Keep the Word close to you, and remember these events to come are ordered before time began.

MY THOUGHTS

The country by more names than any country that ever existed, the United Kingdom, Great Britain, England, etc. has slipped into a double dip recession for the first time since the 1970's.  For the non-British followers, the title, Union Jack, is the name of the British flag.  Let's put this in perspective.  The austerity measures in southern Europe are disastrous, and the Keynesian economics of the UK are disastrous, which means that no matter if you cut spending (austerity) or spend like no tomorrow (Keynesian), the economy falters.  Austerity means cut spending to spur growth and Keynesian economics means spend, spend, spend like a drunken sailor and it will spur growth, but the UK, Spain, Italy, Greece, etc. shows that something very ominous is ahead.  These countries and others have tried both economic models and failed.  The only reason the United States is still puttering along is its large economic base, and that is crumbling.  The United States will take a little longer because it is so vast.  In any case, if both economic models fail, then the failure lies in decades of over exuberance by mankind.  To sum up the descritption, the world is collapsing before our very eyes.

Sin has rocked this world, and the effects are being felt.  People are scared, concerned, often to the point of depression, but take heart Christ said the nations of this world will fail, and there is only one Kingdom from which richness can take part, and it is His.  The richness is not found in man, but in the very essence of Christ and His salvation.  A Kingdom no man can tear down.

My news link is a PowerPoint today.  It is heavy on the economics, but if you can glean some good information, then that would be great.  It is from a man who I get emails from.  I advise you to sign up also. 

It looks like the end of the Bretton Woods world is ending description of Brettons Wood here.  The Bretton Woods Conference after World War II placed the American Dollar as the supreme monetary currency, and propelled the United States as the world power.  That is ending as Spain implodes.  Not that Spain uses the Dollar, but everything is tied to the Dollar; therefore, if Spain tumbles, everything tumbles, which include all currencies.  We will discuss Spain a lot in the days to months ahead.  What is interesting is Javier Solana's home is Spain, former EU Foreign Minister who has spoken a lot in the last few days. 

Russia's stock exchange has experienced a shock.  I have not studied the situation enough to comment on it, but with the Euro debt implosion taking place, we will see more of these shocks in the near future.  God says hyperinflation will destroy the world economy in the last days, and the mark of the beast will be instituted to fight the hyperinflation, which will end in failure.  This means the world's economy will print an exuberant amount of money to fight off economic collapse.  The beast system will not only devour all those against it, it will eventually devour its own.  The cannibal system we have feeds off of itself, and in essence it destroys itself by its own power.  In the end, what is left will be judged by God.

Turkey has called up its reserves, Russia's economy is severely hurting, Egypt has canceled Israel's gas contract which supplies Israel with 40% of its gas, the West is distancing itself from Israel, Syria is imploding, and the church is more worried about material things as the Laodicean spirit reigns supreme.  We have the situation God told us about, and in Scripture He warns there will be mockers who will not see the evidence before us.  God tells us that all Scripture is inspired and used for instruction (2 Timothy 3:16-17), and we should beware of those that have a form of godliness but deny its power.  Deceivers are in the harlot church, and here we call them out, not for our own pride, but in our own sadness because many will never find Jesus through the harlot.  Stay true to the Word, and as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord (Joshua 24:15).

The economic turmoil today is accelerating. Russia's stock market has just collapsed and is closed indefinitely, and EU's bloodbath is worsening as the European Central Bank (ECB) says it will not intervene until Spain's 10 year bond yields reach 6.5% to 7.0%.  President Obama is using his usual playbook, "Republicans are to be blamed for everything," as the White House knows events are spirally out of control.  Egypt has just warned its enemies, which Israel is now in the enemy camp, that it is ready to take any enemy out if they threaten Egypt's sovereignty.  I am trying to keep up on Twitter, and please realize that events are very fluid.  I suspect something will slow them down like money printing.  Keep a close eye on events, my friends, because the day of decision where the world takes a very prophetic turn may be much sooner than we think, or is this just another blip on the screen.  Time will tell.

MY THOUGHTS

Day of decision is arriving quickly, my friends.  Three topics will be discussed, and they are the divisions of prophecy.  We will first tackle Israel, which is the center of all prophecy.  Next, the gentile nations and the empire which will bring the Antichrist, the European Union (EU) will be discussed today.  Lastly, we will explain the state of the church and our own individual state as Christians.

First, the United States not only threw Israel under the bus, but the whole world.  In a surprising move, Obama has decided to allow Iran to build a nuclear weapon, and Israel has become the enemy of the world.  Reports are beginning to be leaked which show an angry Israeli leadership who is showing their great displeasure with President Obama.  Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) is speaking out stating that the relationship between the United States and Israel has never been worse.  However, much of the American Jewish vote will still be solidly behind Obama as he sets up the destruction of Israel.  Israeli generals are reporting that Netanyahu is close to ordering a strike on Iran.  According to Ezekiel, it will be Iran, Russia, Turkey, Sudan, and Libya which will strike Israel in the last days, which will bring a revival not only to Israel but to many people in the world.  Javier Solana has been very busy leaking out details about the Middle East situation, which has perked my interest.  He has talked more about the implosion in the Middle East than the current EU Foreign Minister Catherine Ashton.  Not to be left out, in Daniel 11:33-45, Egypt will be an enemy of Israel and the West, and it is being reported Egypt has shut off a gas pipeline which is 40% of Israel's energy.  The pre-war squeeze seems to be happening, and of all people, Javier Solana is speaking on this coming implosion.  I am surer of war in the Middle East today than I ever have been.  Pray for the peace of Jerusalem and the world, and this will come when Jesus comes back.

Second, Spain is imploding, the Dutch have thrown out their government, France is electing a skeptical Socialist as its President, the EU is trying to force Germany to accept Eurobonds, and Italy is always on the cliff of no return.  All of the news out of the EU shows the leaderless EU is blowing up before our very eyes.  They need a leader, and there is call for a super minister of the EU.  I still believe the super minister, or coming Antichrist, will hold the position of EU Foreign Minister.  If we are close to the time of the end, watch Catherine Ashton to be forced out, and someone from the EU, not a leader of a current country because the Antichrist is a little horn or someone of somewhat insignificance at the beginning, to take her place.  It must be the EU Foreign Minister in my mind because it will be a foreign policy crisis in Israel that brings the EU Antichrist to power.  A weak American President and a Republican who may not be much better puts this possibility high to happening sooner rather than later.  Experts who are not afraid to tell the truth tell us an EU economic implosion is close to being imminent.  Look for a horrific economic decline as well as a prophetic Middle East war as soon as this summer.  Also, Obama will blame the President for the economic turmoil.  Time will tell.

Lastly, the church is spiritually corrupt.  The true church, which is the bride of Christ, must be prepared for the events for mentioned.  The harlot organized church tells itself it must sleep with the world to get things done, and the spiritual fornication is destroying souls.  Woe for those who lead churches which are counted as the harlot.  Their judgment will be worse than they can imagine, and it would be better if those leaders would not have been born than go to hell.  I hope and pray you know a Bible-believing group.  When all these things come to pass, I probably will not be able to talk to you when these things take place for the Satanic system will control all of the internet.  Be in the Word, prepare now, the day of decision may already be upon us, and if not soon.  Time will tell.

The Israeli Defense Forces [IDF] are prepared and ready to strike Iran's nuclear facilities, Chief of Staff Benny Gantz told the Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper in an interview published Sunday.

"In principle, we are ready to act," the army chief revealed just ahead of Israel's upcoming Independence Day, reports Ynet.com.

This year, Israel's Independence Day is celebrated on April 26. The Declaration of the Establishment of State of Israel was made on May 14, 1948, expressing the declaration to be "by virtue of our natural and historic right and on the strength of the resolution of the United Nations General Assembly." The new state was quickly recognized by the Soviet Union and the United States, as well as other countries, but not by the surrounding Arab states, which quickly declared war.

In the special pre-holiday interview with Yedioth Ahronoth, Gantz emphasized that 2012 was going to be "a critical year" in the heated Israel-Iran crisis.

"The State of Israel believes that nuclear arms in Iran's possession are a very bad thing, which the world should stop and Israel should stop. We are preparing our plan accordingly."

The army chief also addressed the likelihood of a broader regional war breaking out in the near future: "Our intelligence assessment asserts that given the strategic reality and instability in the region, the chance of deteriorating to a war is higher than in the past. There are no indications of war, but the chances of the situation deteriorating into one are higher than in the past."

Our equity Bloomberg screens are bright red, as equity markets sell off across the globe. Several reasons are contributing to the market selloff: 1) several firms in Asia posted weaker-than-expected earnings, 2) worries that Europe's debt crisis still threatens global growth, 3) the French elections, and 4) a breakdown of budget talks in the Netherlands.

Overnight, in Asia, the MSCI Asia Pacific Index fell 0.5%. The worst-performing regional markets were the Hang Seng and the Indian Sensex, which both finished 1.8% lower. The Shanghai Composite rounded out the bottom three, falling 0.8%. Japan's Nikkei lost 0.2%, while the Korean Kospi fell 0.1%.

In Europe, equities are down 2% in the aggregate. Blue chips are underperforming, down 2.3%, and the German DAX is 2.8% lower. In London, shares are off 1.6% and, in France, listed companies are down 1.9%. At home, futures are pointing to a sharp sell-off later today, with the S&P 500 set to open 1.0% lower.

In bondland, Treasuries are bid as investors flock to their safety. The 10-year and long bond yields are both down 4bp, to 1.96% and 3.08%, respectively. In Europe, the collapse of the budget talks in the Netherlands is driving yields 7bp higher on the 10-year, to 2.38%. Spain's borrowing costs are rising as well, up 3bps, to 5.93%, while German and UK government debt are rallying 4bp.

Just like Treasuries, the dollar is benefiting from its safe-haven status. The DXY index is up 0.3%. The stronger dollar is driving commodity prices lower. WTI crude oil is 77 cents lower, to $103.11 a barrel, and gold is down $9.28 an ounce, to $1,633.53.

MY THOUGHTS

Israel is asking for explanations from the international community on the new Iran talks.  It seems the international community is blocking Israel from much of the secrecy behind the talks.  The world has allowed one holocaust of the Jewish people after another.  The Assyrians, Babylonians, Egyptians, Greeks, Romans, Muslims, Europeans, and now the whole world is once again putting the Jew in the midst of another holocaust.  This time, the Antichrist will persecute all Jews and Christians who are not aligned with the world government.  That time seems closer by the day. 

Spain was a topic of discussion on Fox News last night.  The American economy is so closely tied to Europe that if Spain or Italy fails, the whole system will collapse.  There are no easy answers, and one day, possibly soon, Europe may be looking at someone to solve their unsolvable problem, but in the end it will be disastrous.  I believe Spain will be close to collapse in a matter of weeks and at that time we will have to see how the world will respond.  Spain's bond yields are around 6% which is danger zone, and remember 7% is catastrophic.  Watch the 10 year bond yields.

Jesus said there would be difficult times, and the Prophet Amos prophesied the Day of the Lord is full of judgment.  According to the Bible, we, the church will be taken out before the Day of the Lord, but before then the Great Tribulation will be Satan's wrath on all believers so believers will not get a free pass from persecution.  False Christs will arise, and many of them will be political leaders.  You will get confused trying to find out what political leaders are good or not, so don't worry yourself about the political system, it is the Beast system of Revelation, just worry about your faith in Christ.  Be strong in the faith, be in the Word, and be in a Bible-believing community.  Trust only your God, and those who profess His Son as their Savior.  The only way to heaven is through Jesus, and He will guide your steps.

MY THOUGHTS

The European collapse is continuing as no answers in sight to solve the Spanish and overall European debt problem.  The article in the last commentary made notice that Europeans, and the West overall are more interested in saving political capital instead of economic capital.  I believe he is right, and more importantly God tells us in Daniel, Revelation, and other places the Antichrist will do just that, try to save the political system.  By saving the political system, the Antichrist will institute the mark of the beast.  We see that being laid out in our world where governments want to punish individuals for not being involved in the system.  The prime example is the Obama health care law where an individual would be fined for not enrolling into the government run health care program.  Other nations have their own systems in place. 

My friends, we are living in the days where the systems of the last days have been set up, and continue to be refined.  God has given the command for these things to happen, and we have seen some of them already fulfilled as Israel became a nation in 1948, economic and technological advancements are set in motion, and the moral collapse of society gives people a ripe environment for Satan to deceive.  We no longer wait for the scene to be set up, it is here.  There is one piece at a time being revealed before our very eyes.

I believe there is a better than 75% possibility Israel will find itself in a Middle East war this summer/autumn, and coinciding with the war is an economic downturn in stocks that could be horrific.  The Spanish debt implosion is only weeks away, maybe sooner, and the American debt ceiling will have to be raised again around September, and President Obama will use as much political capital as he can to paint Republicans as extremists because Tea Party Republicans push for spending cuts.  These two events by themselves will serve as enough fear in the market to bring anxiety, and add a Middle East war; we may have an economic collapse on our hands.  At the end of the article below there is talk about the future of the Euro.  I do not believe the European Union will break up, and when three countries want to leave the EU at a time of a Middle East conflict or outbreak, then the Antichrist will come to keep it together by subduing three nations, or taking away their sovereignty.  Time will tell.

My best educated guess is a European Market Collapse will happen in some form or another in the next few months along with a lot of money printing.  A Middle East War is almost inevitable.  Hold on people, it is going to be a bumpy ride.

The birth pain this summer, early autumn, may be quite severe, so pray up today for tomorrow you will have to use the armor of God to be His soldier more than ever.

Spain should take a rise in its bond yields as a spur to tackle the root causes of its debt woes, not look to the European Central Bank to help by buying its bonds, European Central Bank policymaker Jens Weidmann told Reuters.

Weidmann, who has led a push by some policymakers from core euro zone countries for the bank to begin planning an exit from its crisis mode, said no ECB policymakers favored using the bank's bond-buying plan to target specific interest rates on sovereign bonds, and ECB board member Benoit Coeure was simply stating a fact by saying last week that the program still existed.

Turning to the future of the euro zone, Weidmann said it was absurd to talk about a break-up of the bloc.

"Nobody can definitively rule out that a single country leaves the currency union, but that is a hypothetical case."

Against the wind was a rock song from many years ago.  I feel like I am against the wind.  You know the feeling.  The Bible says hearts will fail men in the end times.  No, my health is not in danger, but when we look at the world around us there will be many who will experience death through stress.  As I write this commentary there are whispers coming out of the EU of a significant downturn in the European markets come May/June.  Spanish 10 year bonds are rising significantly, and if it approaches and goes beyond 7%, then Spain's debt is unsustainable.  Spain is the too big to fail sovereign everybody is worried about.  The prevailing thought is that Spain cannot be bailed out, and only a huge sum of printing can be the best way to save Spain.  In the end, we see in Scripture where the world economy will be destroyed by huge sums of currencies being printed which will lead to hyperinflation.

Israel is against the wind of Satan.  Obama, the EU, and Iran's allies have decided to have more talks on May 23rd in Baghdad, Iraq, which interestingly is Ancient Babylon.  Israel is furious that the United States and the West is giving Iran a free pass to build a bomb which Israel knows will be used against them.  Ezekiel 38/39 states only God will save Israel in the last days against and Iranian/Russia/Turkish invastion, and that setup is already here and will be.  Reports show a Middle East conflict in June/July or early autumn is likely.  Time will tell.

Interestingly, the next round of meetings is in Ancient Babylon where Satan's seat is.  It is where Satan introduced religion, sexual perversion, idolatry, and every sin imaginable.  It is where the Garden of Eden was located, and Adam and Eve committed the first sin.  Is this going to be the place where the world powers will put the final nail in Israel's coffin, they think?  The Bible tells us Babylon will be destroyed.  There are many different beliefs where Babylon is located in the end of days, which include Rome, New York, Washington DC, or Ancient Babylon itself.  Whatever the location, we know the spirit of Babylon is located not only in all of the locations above, but in every community around the world, but originated in Old Ancient Babylon. 

Netanyahu is playing hard ball.  He just approved three more Jewish settlement communities.  The Middle East Quartet linked Palestinian violence with Israeli settlements.  How can it be when generally speaking Jewish settlers do not go out and kill where the Palestinian rockets' goal is to scare and kill Jews be linked?  In Matthew 24 the world will lash out toward the settlers in Judea, which is around Jerusalem.  There will come a day and not far off where the Antichrist from the EU will come in, perform the abomination of desolation in E. Jerusalem, and go after and kill many Jewish settlers.  The evil spirit is there, and only God is holding back the violence.

We pray for the peace of Jerusalem which will only come when Jesus comes back.  God's children should never want violence or support it, but we report it because it is prophesied due to man's rebellion against God.  His rebellion against the Creator will show it's ugliness in all its forms in today and in the future.  Jerusalem, more specifically East Jerusalem is the focal point of the world.  Keep your eye always on E. Jerusalem and more specifically on your faith in Jesus Christ.  Yes, we are against the wind, and in time we will be the wind.  Take care.

Remember, as stated before, politics rule Europe, not economics. And Europe now appears to be shifting towards a more leftist/ anti-austerity measure political environment. If this shift is cemented in the coming Greek, French, and Irish elections/ referendums, then things could get ugly in the Eurozone VERY quickly.

That's the political analysis of Europe. Now let's take a look at what the various EU economies/ markets are telling us.

Spain's current economic condition matches that of Greece. and it hasn't even begun to implement aggressive austerity measures. Unemployment is already 20+% without any major austerity measures having been put in place.

Anecdotal reports show Spain to be an absolute disaster. Spanish banks GREATLY underplay their exposure to the Spanish housing market ("officially" prices are down 20% but most likely it's a lot more than that).

In simple terms, things are getting worse and worse in Spain. and the market knows it. Indeed, the charts of most EU indexes, particularly Spain, are telling us in no uncertain terms that the markets are expecting a truly horrific collapse sometime in the not so distant future. Timing this precisely is difficult but the window between May-June is the most likely time, as it will coincide with:

1) The end of seasonal buying (November-May)

2) The French, Greek, and Irish elections/ referendums all of which could go very wrong for the EU (April-May)

3) The end of the Fed's Operation Twist 2 Program (June).

Now, having said all of this I have to admit I have been very early on my call for a Crash. I'm fine with admitting that. Calling a crash is difficult under normal conditions, let alone in a market that is as centrally controlled as this one.

MY THOUGHTS

There are reports which state Israel is preparing for war at this moment predicting failure in the Iranian talks.  If failure happens, then Israeli TV has reported Israeli military is ready for an Iranian strike.  In Ezekiel 38/39, we read an Iranian/Russian/Turkish attack on Israel with help from North Sudan (Sudan) and Libya.  If this is the time, then Israel may attack Iran, but the prophecy will not be fulfilled until the alliance above attacks Israel.  At that time, only God will come to Israel's defense.  I have a feeling the West, including the United States, is working closer with Turkey and Iran than Israel.  If I am correct, then this is the reason why the West stays out of it.  Could there be an agreement in the works between the West and the enemies of Israel.  Remember, Scripture plainly states all nations will be against Israel in the last days.

Spain is in trouble.  The EU and the world know it.  Spain's condition is unsustainable, and when the trouble of Spain continues at the current pace and overtakes the markets, look for an extremely large amount of money printed from the Central Banks to save Spain and the world which will inflate prices tremendously.  God shows us in Revelation 6 that hyperinflation will grip the world where it will take a Denarius (day's wage) to buy food for one meal.  At the time of hyperinflation when currencies will be destroyed, then the mark of the beast will be instituted.  The mark of the beast will require all individuals to claim allegiance to a world which rejects Jesus Christ.  Already there are parts of the world pushing for a cashless system because there is a realization currencies are being destroyed slowly at this very moment through Central Bank printing. 

Ever seen the Matrix?  It seems like we are in a part of prophecy where everything is in slow motion, like scenes from the Matrix.  You see the train wreck, but it is going so weird, slow, or maybe it is just anxiety.  My friends, it is coming, and don't be deceived.  Don't get caught up in this world.  It is not how much we do for God, but what we do.  The Euro project will likely collapse during a Middle East crisis where Israel will be blamed and Christians will have to decide between life in this world or in the world to come.  To not be deceived, then you must believe you are a sinner, believe Jesus took your sins on the Cross, which has power through His blood, and Jesus resurrected bodily on that third day and ascended into heaven sitting at the right hand of the Father.  Be with your family, teach your family, and prepare them for the deception they are facing and will face.  Men, be the spiritual leaders in your homes, and women, back your men.  Part of the deception in our world is feminism, modern thinking, tolerance, and humanism to name a few.  It may sound archaic, but it is the most modern thinking of all, Jesus is Lord, and the order of family and society comes from the Father's Word.  Take care, my friends.

It took only one round of preliminary nuclear talks between Iran and the P5+1 countries for a trans-Atlantic ruckus to break out between Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu and US President Obama over whether Tehran had or hadn't been given a "freebie." One can only imagine the open hostilities that might break out between the two leaders (Obama & Netanyau) if, contrary to expectations, the talks begin to yield real results.

"My initial impression is that Iran has been given a ?freebie,'" Netanyahu said on Sunday in regard to the five-week hiatus before the next round of talks with Tehran, scheduled to be held on May 23 in Baghdad. With U.S. Senator Joe Lieberman as a character witness by his side, Netanyahu was pointedly showing off his ease and familiarity not only with American vernacular but with American politics as well, and the point was not lost on Obama's White House advisers. The Israeli shot across the bow travelled all the way to Cartagena, Colombia, where the visiting Obama took the trouble to reject Netanyahu's charge verbatim, saying that Iran had gained nothing from the first round of talks, certainly not a "freebie."

MY THOUGHTS

In my last commentary I posted a lot of questions.  I do know Jesus is coming, and I know 1948 is the date which started the final countdown of the last days.  I also am aware a generation is approximately 80 years based on life spans, and if I interpret Scripture correct, then Jesus will be coming back sometime before 2028.  With that said, these are my interpretations, and not a vision from the Lord.  If I am wrong, please understand Lord I am doing my best.  With that said, let's get to some interesting news and assume some events (I know that is dangerous).

Uncorroborated reports show Russian troops heading toward southern Russia as a buffer against any Israeli/American attack on Iran.  Syrian military fire reached into Lebanon and Turkey yesterday raising tensions.  Russian naval vessels are patrolling the coasts of Syria, which there are corroborated reports.  President Obama stated that this latest round of negotiations is the last chance to avert war.  Two aircraft carriers, which one is nuclear (I think I am correct?the USS Enterprise), are patrolling the coasts of the Arabian Peninsula, which is very unusual.  All in all, it looks like we are heading toward war.  Therefore, what does God say about it in Ezekiel 38/39.

In Ezekiel 38/39, Iran, Turkey, Libya, and North Sudan attack Israel, and Russia is hooked into coming with the evil alliance.  Israel is overwhelmed while the West, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia do nothing.  God comes in and saves Israel from the destruction.  For seven years Israel burns the weapons of war, and Israel's revival begins.  The destruction of the Russian/Iranian/Turkish alliance leaves the countries greatly diminished.  I am not going to guess when this happens in God's program because I do not know exactly.  What I do know is that events we are witnessing now could very well lead to the Ezekiel 38/39 war.  Countries absent from the conflict are Egypt, Syria, and Iraq.  Interestingly Egypt is in the midst of great transition, Syria in chaos, and Iraq very weak.  I do not know if Ezekiel 38/39 war is soon, but if it is, the United States will be affected.

Remember, the world will blame Israel for the events above, but remember our Lord requires us to pray for the peace of Jerusalem, and to watch over the Jews, His brethren.  It is not our calling to understand why God does the things He does, but to have faith that what He does do is for the best.  God loves all mankind, but hates evil.  His righteous judgment is coming, and yet is already here.  He wants you to come to know His Son Jesus as the one who conquered death and your sins, and was resurrected so that all hope can be found in Him.

WHAT I KNOW

*Russia, Iran, and Turkey are forming alliances.

*Israel is more isolated than it has ever been in its modern existence, since 1948.

*The church is morally corrupt.

*President Obama is against traditional Judeo-Christian teachings.

*The economy is nervously watching mid to late summer as events may provide shocks to an already shaky world.

*The time clock is ticking fast on a Middle East flare up.

WHAT I DON'T KNOW

*I do not know who the Antichrist is.

*The European Neighborhood Policy (ENP) is less likely the foretold treaty with each passing day.

*Nations generally do not want devastating wars because the aftermath is so horrendous, so could Israel and Iran be playing cat and mouse with no war in sight?

*How close are we?  I want Jesus to come back, and I want many more to be saved, and this fight within me wants some conclusion.

MY THOUGHTS

First, let's tackle the "What I Know" section.  Several reports show Russia, Iran, and Turkey are forming diplomatic and military alliances that were not there a few years ago.  Russia has military personnel in Syria that were not there a few years ago.  Iran is close to nuclear capabilities, and the West is so weak that this anti-Israel alliance is pushing hard to exterminate the Jewish state.  These events may soon be the prophesied Ezekiel Gog/Magog War of chapter 38 and 39.  These events are the set up for the events prophesied and seemingly soon to come to pass.  Let's not forget Syria and Damascus may soon be inhabitable.

Israel is more isolated than it has ever been as America turns its back against the Jewish state.  Christians in large numbers care more about their paycheck than what was paid on the Cross and the promises by God which state He still will save the Jews from their sins (Romans 11).  Obama's anti-Christian and Jewish sentiments are strong, and beware of those who accept a certain form of religion, but reject the faith.  There is a religion out there that rejects God's chosen people, Israel, and the Second Coming of Jesus Christ.

The world economy is facing higher Spanish 10 year bond yields, and if it approaches 7% on those bonds, then the too big to fail Spanish economy will bring down the EU and US economies.  Also, in September the United States will have to raise the debt ceiling again, and there has been talk of another S&P Downgrade.  The media is spinning news to help Obama, so don't trust your mainstream news.  Remember, the only source of truth is the Bible, and the Bible states the last day's economic system will deceive people.  We are in those days.

So many questions still left unanswered.  Solana, the ENP, and the Iran threat are just a few of the topics which I do not have a direct answer for.  All of the above are important, but how they all play out remains to be seen.  It is difficult to be patient, but we must.  Understand we live in difficult days, and He will come at a time of the Father's choosing.  Until then, Shalom.

That negotiating position will be the opening move in what President Obama has called Iran's "last chance" to resolve its nuclear confrontation with the United Nations and the West diplomatically. The hard-line approach would require the country's military leadership to give up the Fordo enrichment plant outside the holy city of Qum, and with it a huge investment in the one facility that is most hardened against airstrikes.

While it is unclear whether the allies would accept anything less than closing and disassembling Fordo, government and outside experts say the terms may be especially difficult for Iran's leaders to accept when they need to appear strong in the face of political infighting.

Still, Mr. Obama and his allies are gambling that crushing sanctions and the threat of Israeli military action will bolster the arguments of those Iranians who say a negotiated settlement is far preferable to isolation and more financial hardship. Other experts fear the tough conditions being set could instead swing the debate in favor of Iran's hard-liners.

MY THOUGHTS

One morning 2,000 years ago, all of our hopes and dreams came true as the Father raised His Son Jesus from the grave.  You will have sorrows, heartache, and disappointments in this world, but through the risen Savior, you have hope which is given every day.  Jesus conquered death and claimed victory over Hell.  The gates of Hell will never prevail against His children.  Eternal life does not start when we physically die, but when we find spiritual life in this world.  Thank you Father, He is Alive!!! (Matthew 28: 6)

MY THOUGHTS

I have had one of those weeks where everything is busy.  Some of it is my choosing as I watched the Kentucky Wildcats win the National Championship.  Want to give my hat off to Kansas and a classy coach, and for those in America it was nice to see great representation of the Ohio Valley teams of Louisville and Ohio State in the Final Four.  Next year, Indiana may be ranked preseason #1.  Anyway, let's get to the news of the day.

There is a lot of talk about the devastation fallout from an Israeli attack on Iran.  I agree the world will get very difficult if Israel attacks Iran, but remember, Israel is preserving their national statehood.  Ezekiel 38/39 states Iran, Russia, Turkey, and other lesser known alliances will attack Israel in the last days.  How all of this plays our remains to be seen.  Russia and Turkey both said they will come to Iran's aid if they deem anything that tries to take away Iran's sovereignty.  I do believe the Middle East is very delicate right now as Western and Russian forces are both exercising military games in the Mediterranean Sea opposite of one another.  We see all forces slowly heading toward Israel, as God stated, and the armies of the earth are getting very close to surrounding Jerusalem.  One more thought, when the armies surround Jerusalem, many of those armies might not surround the literal city limits, but Israel itself.  Israel is so small, that thousands upon millions of soldiers surrounding Israel may constitute surrounding Jerusalem.  Time will tell.

Remember Spain?  The EU saved Greece not to save Greece, but Spain and Italy.  If Spain and/or Italy go down, then not only will the EU experience an economic collapse, but the world as a whole will.  I suspect as Spanish 10 year bond yields approach the unsustainable 7% again, then the American Federal Reserve and other Central Banks will pump trillions more money to buy the bonds to lower the percent on those bonds.  In Revelation chapter 6, hyperinflation will grip the world.  Printing huge sums of money leads to unsustainable inflation.  We are heading in that direction. 

God has a fiery Gospel proclaiming that His Son is coming back, and vengeance will be His.  We, who are believers, must keep our lives holy, and keep the Son in our sights.  Hope believes in those things we do not see in this world, and as the world collapses around us, Hope is what we have for in the world to come all those things we Hope  for will be reality before our very resurrected eyes.
