MY THOUGHTS
Deception is the warning Jesus gave our generation when He talked about His Coming. I watch the leaders of this world, and the people who I interact with, and deception abounds. It is amazing people will trade their salvation for a government handout, huge sums of money from private investments, and the other riches of this world. Those things in itself are not evil, but when people put those things before God it is an evil thing. Here in the United States, people are supporting more and more government control of our lives as long as they get something out of it for freee. Deception is more than false teachers and false christs, but the falseness in us. As Adam and Eve were deceived by Lucifer, they also deceived themselves. Watch yourself, we live in a day of deception, and the greatest deceiver in many people today is themselves.
Shaul Mofaz won the Kadima Party leadership. His more hawkish stance than Livni may be prophetic, because he may join the Likud government because of the Iranian threat. The former party leader Tzipi Livni would not have done that. Obama's trip to Asia was as much to unify against Israel as it was anything else. I believe the world is readying itself for a Middle East conflict, and in the end Israel will be blamed, and the West will use it as a reason to move into Jerusalem. Everything happening today influences tomorrow.
We will follow reports that the European Central Bank is close to losing control over inflation as money printing has accelerated over the past few months. Link If this is true and the United States is soon to follow, then hyperinflation will come soon. Remember, the Antichrist has to be revealed before the hyperinflation of Revelation comes to pass. Everything must be taken in its proper order.
Lastly, it is our responsibility to teach Christ to our families. Take time to teach your children and grandchildren the Scriptures. Last night, my kids and I went outside on a beautiful country night in Kentucky. I taught them one time long ago a man named Jacob married Rachel, but before the marriage he was deceived and married Leah. In time, he would know God, and his twelve sons were like twelve stars. The decedents of Jacob's sons, the twelve stars, would number more than the stars we see in the sky today, but it started with twelve. I told them every time they look into the night sky, remember Jacob's struggles, and God did not give up on him, and He will not give up on all of us. Be wise, teach the Scriptures, and love your God for God loved you first.

Note: Through deception Jacob had to work two seven year periods and a six year period. In time, Israel (Jacob) will be deceived for a last seven before their first love, Jesus Christ, comes for His people, which also includes all believers. -Bro. Brian
