WHAT I KNOW
*Syria's stockpile of chemical weapons will be used, and the movement of them bodes ill for the Middle East.
*Europe's economic gloom will get very bad, and I am almost 100% sure the mark of the beast system will rise from it.
*Israel is not in the news much now, but wait, they will be and it will be big. How and when time will tell.
WHAT I DON'T KNOW
*I do not think the current European Neighborhood Policy is the 70th week, but I am still not being 100% emphatic on that.
*I do not know when the European situation will explode, but in the next 12 months is very likely, as the next 6 months is over 50% possible.
*I do not know if the United States will attack Iran. My thoughts right now is no, but who knows.
MY THOUGHTS
The economic situation is on the verge of collapse. It has been this way for several months. I wish I knew exactly when or how it will happen, but I do know what will come after it. It is my belief the mark of the beast system will come out of the current economic fallout. I still believe some type of Middle East war, possibly Gog/Magog will transpire before or concurrent with the economic collapse. It may happen overnight, but with central banks tapping in money it could be days or even months. In reality, the economic collapse started under the current economic downturn in the fall of 2007. I know that paragraph is confusing, but it is hard putting it together in light of everything going on.
In Ezekiel 38/39 it is said the enemies of Israel die on the mountains simultaneously to their attack, and some will lose all sense of direction which will result in attacking themselves and their cohorts. We may have the Gog/Magog war, the wound of the Beast, and Israel's mighty victory over its enemies all at the same time as the 70th week of Daniel begins with some type of confirmed security agreement. Let's get back to the original sentence where the enemies of Israel are killed in a supernatural hand of God. As Syria unloads its chemical stockpiles, the different gases that can be released would and could result in the strange behavior that will befall Israel's enemies. I am wondering if Isaiah 17 prophecy where Damascus ceases being a city happens simultaneously or just before the Gog/Magog War. Could the nerve gas, mustard gas, etc. released in the atmosphere cause the strange behavior during the Iranian/Russian attack? It could. Ynet News ran an article mentioned below that spells the fears of the Israeli military elites as they should prepare for chemical agents landing in Israel in the near future. Time will tell.
It may seem odd mixing Europe's problems with the Middle East, but that is what we have, and that is what has been prophesied. Each development every day shows me that we may be very close to more prophetic fulfillment. Only God knows the day and the hour of each fulfillment of Scripture, but we see the preparation before us. Don't ever forget Israel, and more specifically, East Jerusalem is the center of prophecy. Follow all events throughout the world in light of Scripture, but the main battle ahead is over East Jerusalem. The Temple Mount area is where the Antichrist will start the worse persecution of God's people the world has ever seen. In time, all things will come to pass.

Had the reports that Syria's regime is taking chemical weapons out of storehouses reflected reality, they should have raised concerns around here. Defense Minister Ehud Barak and Army Chief Benny Gantz have already declared that Israel is closely monitoring Syria's chemical and biological arsenals for fear that President Bashar Assad will order their transfer to Hezbollah in a desperate move before he falls - or worse, use these arms himself against Israel in a suicidal gesture.
However, for the time being it appears that Syria's regime is not significantly changing the location and deployment of its chemical and biological weapons. At most, they are being moved to safer bases and storage areas, far away from regions controlled by the rebels or sites of battles.
