MY THOUGHTS
Dozens of mortar shells and rockets have hit southern Israel, and Israel is responding to the latest attack. Where this is becoming more serious is that Hamas and Hezbollah have signed a cooperation deal back in late September, and there are reports this is building up to a Hezbollah offensive in the north very soon. If those reports are correct, then Isaiah 17 may be in view, and if Isaiah 17 comes to pass, then it is more likely Ezekiel 38/39 will shortly follow. All of these events are being orchestrated not by Hamas and Hezbollah, but by Iran. Iran is pre-emptively attacking Israel through its proxies. There is a low grade war going on in Israel and because of the media's ineptitude to cover these events in America and Europe it is feeding into the deception that is currently gripping the world.
Looking at this event with the others in the Middle East, I come to the conclusion that a major escalation is soon. This escalation will have prophetic meaning as Scripture will be fulfilled. I have read the reports Iran has called back over 200 of their elite soldiers from Damascus, but don't be deceived, Iran is involved in this more than any of us know. The Iranian riots probably were started by uncovered agents inside Iran, possibly Israeli Mossad. I do not have reports of that, but it is just my opinion. Yes, no one was injured and it was another test, but one day soon we may unfortunately see some killed in Israel, which would ratchet up the intensity of war.
With the United States and the European Union not to be found in the Middle East this is allowing Israel's enemies to have a free hand to test her defenses. There will come a time when a leader out of Europe will come into E. Jerusalem to temporarily save the day, but the hell to come afterwards will be the worse the world has and will ever see. My friends, we are approaching some very dangerous times. There are moments when your prophetic radar must be up, and this is one of those times. A birth pain has started, but how long and serious it is remains to be seen.

Time will tell, but some very interesting developments seem to show us something more significant is underway.

Terrorist groups in the Gaza Strip fired some 55 rockets and mortar shells at southern Israel early Monday morning. The shells landed in communities in the Eshkol Regional Council. There were no reports of injuries, although two buildings were lightly damaged and several goats were killed due to an explosion in an animal corner.
Hamas' military wing Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades and the Ansar al-Quds group have claimed responsibility for Monday morning's attack on the south. They claimed the attack was a response to the IAF's airstrike on Gaza on Sunday.
