MY THOUGHTS
A car bomb ripped through Beirut, Lebanon, which has brought fears of a wider conflict. I wanted to write a short commentary explaining the possible significance. The Christian segment of Lebanon was bombed, and this is a spillover from Syria's internal fighting. Hezbollah is very closely located in this area. Details are still sketchy, but it seems that the fighting is becoming more regional. This could escalate into further violence, because this was deliberate. Remember, the true enemy of all of these factions is Israel, and it is at a time when Turkey, Russia, and Iran are trying to come together. Will something else happen which brings in Israel and the Gog alliance? Look for retaliation of some kind that will bring this to a more serious moment.
In short, the bomb may be the next event in a timeline that will lead to the Ezekiel invasion. I don't think it will happen tomorrow or the next day, but this may be a sign of things to come. Time will tell.

A huge car bomb that exploded in central Beirut during rush hour on Friday killed a top security official and seven others, wounded about 80 and heightened fears that Syria's war is aggravating tensions in Lebanon.
Among the victims was Wissam al-Hassan, who was in charge of a top intelligence unit, Lebanon's al-Jadeed television said. He had headed an investigation that uncovered a recent bomb plot that led to the arrest of a pro-Syrian Lebanese politician.
