MY THOUGHTS
Israel probably bombed a weapons factory in Sudan. To understand where I am going we have to go all the way back to the Christmas Story. While Mary was with child, Joseph and Mary were living in Nazareth. The Roman Emperor Caesar Augustus decreed a census was to be taken throughout the Roman Empire in the hometown of your family. Joseph and Mary had no plans to go to Bethlehem while she was so close to childbirth, but they had to. While they were in Bethlehem, Jesus was born fulfilling Micah's prophecies. Joseph and Mary went back to Nazareth to live and Jesus grew up as a young man. Joseph and Mary were in Bethlehem just a short time. So short, that Jesus was not known as Jesus of Bethlehem but Jesus of Nazareth. Most people during the life of Jesus did not realize of His Bethlehem birth. The point is that God will make a way for Scripture to fulfill. This helps understand that a somewhat insignificant country of Sudan is significant in Scripture.
In Ezekiel 38/39 the ancient kingdom of Cush, which comprises Sudan today, will aid in the attack of Israel. We can see why Russia, Turkey, and Iran attack Israel, and Libyan al Qaeda are already in Gaza and probably in Lebanon. Sudan will come along in God's time. Just like the Christmas story I told above, Bethlehem was one of the unlikeliest places in Joseph and Mary's life to be when the Christ child would be born. So it is with Sudan. Sudan is one of the unlikeliest countries to be involved in the attack on Israel, but it will happen. Sudan is threatening UN action, and possibly military action against Israel. The die may have been cast.
Reports show Iranian weapons facilities are in Sudan. Iran, fearing a West attack on its nuclear facilities, has been exploring ways to outsource their missile weapon factories to Sudan. Therefore, Russia backs Iran, Turkey and Iran now have a more workable relationship on Syria and Middle East issues, Libya's al Qaeda aligns itself with Iran, and Sudan is making weapons for Iran. The evil axis is set before us, and God is aligning events just as He has done so many times. Yes, Bethlehem was the unlikeliest of all places, but it fulfilled Scripture. Sudan may seem unlikely too, but it also will fulfill Scripture. The die may have been cast, and the events may be speeding up, and with Gaza exploding, always remember nothing happens outside of something else. All these events are interlocked together as the chess pieces are moved into place. in the game of chess, the winner declares check-mate. One day, God will call check-mate.

Sudan said on Wednesday that an Israeli air strike had caused the huge explosion and fire at an arms factory in Khartoum that killed two people, but Israel's defense minister declined to comment.
Sudan, which analysts say is used as an arms-smuggling route to the Hamas-controlled Gaza Strip via neighboring Egypt, has blamed Israel for such strikes in the past, but Israel has either refused to comment or said it neither admitted or denied involvement.
Asked by Israel's Channel Two News about Sudan's accusations, Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak said: "There is nothing I can say about this subject."
